Get this complete coaching package to support personal change

You’re dissatisfied and unhappy with your current situation. You’re dealing with a problem/ question but you can’t come up with a solution or answer on your own. You feel it’s time for a change but you don’t know what, how and when to change. You’re willing to learn, to gain new perspectives, to clarify your options, to make decisions and to act. Furthermore, it is important for you to talk to someone in person, to feel safe, appreciated and empowered, to connect and to get guidance. So you’re ready for a transformational journey supported by a coach.

We start with a free intake to get to know each other and to clarify if you want to work with me. We do this via telephone or Skype. It will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Before we talk I’ll ask to fill out a questionnaire so I can prepare accordingly. Afterwards you’ll receive my proposal – based on this you make your decision if you want to work with me. If yes, I’ll send you the invoice and after you’ve paid, we agree an appointment for the first session.

The whole package consists of seven sessions. The first one takes 2 hours, the following six take 1 to 1.5 hours each. During the first session, we’ll define a learning question and set an end date for the journey (usually after six to nine months).

Such a journey consists not only of the seven sessions but also of tasks and exercises you’ll complete between the sessions. These are just as important if not even more important than the sessions. So please plan time for this. You should be willing to invest energy and time for your development.

The coaching sessions take place either in Leiden or The Hague. If appropriate via Skype.
