As human beings we need oxygen, water, food etc to survive. Furthermore, we encounter situations, people, activities, circumstance in our daily life which either give us energy or sap our energy. if you want to only survive but experience a life full of energy and joy ask yourself:
What are the things which provide energy to me? What are the things which sap my energy?
And what can I do to increase the number of energy sources in my life and to avoid the energy guzzlers?
