In-house group coaching to provide impulses and achieve quick results
Use such workshops to support the personal development of your employees
Based on the special needs and interests of your employees, I’m going to design a group coaching program in workshop format with various practical exercises to stimulate new thinking, provide inspiration and food for thought. By using various instruments, the transfer of new insights and behaviors will be ensured – for instance with a personal action plan, buddy system, personal follow-up session, reminder emails, etc.
When designing a workshop, I start by the desired results asking you as my client and purchaser: With what shall the attendees leave the workshop so that you would call it successful? Which kind of result will make the required difference in your organization? The answers to these questions provide the guidelines for designing the flow and the content of the workshop.
I do not understand myself as a teacher or trainer – I’m a coach acting as a facilitator and guide, providing inspirational input, initiating intensive dialogue and reflection, providing opportunities to dive into an issue, discover new perspectives and solutions, aiming for a change in attitudes and beliefs. Therefore, my workshops are highly interactive, requiring constant involvement by every attendee. Design elements are facilitated discussions and exercises alone/ in pairs/ in small groups. This way, not only the mind is involved but also heart and hands of the participants.
Ideally, the workshops are integrated with other measures of the individual’s development plan – and not just a stand-alone activity.
