Effective coaching solutions leading to sustainable transformation
My approach to coaching aims to reinforce the knowledge of the coachees about themselves first. Because knowing:
- who they are and where they come from
- what drives them
- what they are capable of and what is rather difficult
- what they need and long for
- what they value in life and envision for their future
and being able to reflect realistically the impact of one’s appearance and behavior provides the basis to change beliefs and attitudes which allows later on to change behavior. This way, my approach to coaching achieves sustainable growth and transformation for both the individual and the organization.
